Nationwide will lift rates on tracker home loans for new and existing customers across a range of products on Wednesday 22 June.
New Business
The mutual says the changes that affect new members include a two-year home move at 95% loan to value at 3.44%, with a £999 fee. And a two-year home move at 80% LTV at 2.84%, with no fee.
First-time buyer two-year loans at 95% LTV at 3.74%, with a £999 fee. And a two-year home move at 90% LTV at 2.74%, with a £999 fee.
New member and FTB two-year shared equity loans at 60% LTV at 2.29%, with a £999 fee. And two-year offers at 80% LTV at 2.64%, with a £999 fee.
A two-year remortgage at 75% LTV at 2.29%, with a £999 fee. And a two-year deal at 90% LTV at 2.84%, with a £999 fee.
The minimum loan amount for all the above products is £25,000.
Existing Business
Existing members moving home offers for two-year at 80% LTV at 2.84%, with no fee. And for two years at 95% LTV at 3.44%, with a £999 fee. The minimum loan amount for these products is £5,000.
Existing members moving home and two-year shared equity loans at 80% LTV at 2.64%, with a £999 fee. And a two-year offer at 60% LTV at 2.29, with a £999 fee. The minimum loan amount for these products is £5,000.
Additional borrowing for two-year loans at 90% LTV at 2.59%, with a £999 fee. And for two-year deals at 85% LTV at 2.54%, with a £999 fee. The minimum loan amount for these products is £5,000.
Switcher loans for two-year loans at 95% LTV at 3.44%, with a £999 fee. And for two-year deals at 85% at 2.54%, with a £999 fee. The minimum loan amount for these products is £1,000.
Switcher additional borrowing for two-year deals at 60% LTV at 2.19%, with no fee. And for two-year offers at 85% LTV at 2.54%, with no fee. The minimum loan amount for these products is £5,000.
The building society says customers can reserve an existing product without needing to submit a full mortgage application by completing a decision in principle form on its hub and clicking on the ‘reserve product, button and following the prompts.
Existing products must be reserved by 8pm on Tuesday 21 June.
