Santander for Intermediaries has pushed rates by up to 0.30 per cent on a selection of its fixed rates.

The rate increases concern purchase and remortgage high-LTV products – at 85 per cent LTV the two-year fix with £999 fee has risen from 2.39 per cent to 2.69 per cent and the five-year fix with the same fee from 2.69 per cent to 2.79 per cent.

In its loyal mover range, the 90 per cent LTV two-year fix with £999 fee has gone up from 2.44 per cent to 2.74 per cent while the two-year fix with zero fee has also risen by 0.30 per cent, from 2.54 per cent to 2.84 per cent.

The new rates come into being today.
