Café Boulud Palm Beach is Chef Daniel Boulud’s award-winning restaurant in the historic Brazilian Court Hotel. The Brazilian Court is just steps from Worth Avenue and from a white sandy beach. Since opening in 2003, Café Boulud has become one of Palm Beach’s most desirable dining destinations, earning four stars in the Forbes Travel Guide and Wine Spectator’s “Best of Award of Excellence.”

Café Boulud at The Brazilian Court Hotel is hosting a special Passover dinner and Easter brunch. On April 15 and 16, 2022. They are offering a three-course Passover dinner, inclusive of a choice of starters such as matzo ball soup, beet carpaccio, smoked Tasmanian trout, or rabbit pressee, followed by entrée options like grilled Mediterranean Sea bass, cedar-roasted salmon, or house-smoked beef brisket, all of which will come accompanied by family-style sides. For dessert, choose between pavlova or flourless chocolate cake.

Easter brunch will span three courses, with starters ranging from green asparagus soup to octopus salad. For your entrée, selections include Belgian waffles, a lobster omelet, and porcini risotto, among others. Finish with a dessert of chocolate cake, ile flottante, tarte à la mangue, or pêche melba.
