Coventry for intermediaries has launched two new five-year fixed rate mortgages.

Both are available at up to 65% LTV. With a £999 product fee, the lender charges 3.65% and with zero fee, 3.90%.

Each comes with no application fee and a free valuation for properties worth up to £1m.

Coventry head of intermediary relationships Jonathan Stinton says: “We’ve increased our support for the market by expanding our range further.

“This gives brokers and their clients a broader selection of products and rates to choose from.”

Earlier this month, the lender launched two new fee-free first-time buyer deals, while also adding to its offset and BTL product range.
