YBS Commercial Mortgages has appointed Tim Wraith as relationship director for its Wales and South West team. 

Wraith joins YBS after working for 25 years in the banking and finance industry. He has gained experience in real estate, trading and healthcare, previously working in these sectors within other financial services organisations.

In his new role, he will be based in the YBS Commercial Mortgages office on Merchant Street in Bristol, covering the South West. 

He will work closely with other Wales and South West team members including relationship directors Sue Lewis, Kayleigh Parry and Lucy Partridge who joined in July, and relationship managers Molly McCleary and Joshua Barrett.

Commenting on his new role, Wraith says: “Joining the team at YBS Commercial is a really exciting growth opportunity for me and I can’t wait to get started and land my first deal.”
