Three former Habito employees have returned to lead a new specialist team.Lizzie Markham, Teddy Cenaj, and Jamie Gardner all previously worked at the digital broker between 2021 and 2022 and now rejoin as specialist mortgage experts.

Markham rejoins Habito from Mojo where she was a mortgage consultant, Cenaj joins from Rest Less UK where he was head of mortgage advice and Gardner from Mortgage Simple where he was a broker.Initially the team will focus on adverse residential cases and portfolio landlords, with plans to expand further into commercial, bridging and second charges later in the year.
