Rosemount Financial Solutions partners with SoftRefer Mortgage Strategy

Mortgage and protection network Rosemount Financial Solutions has partnered with conveyancing panel SoftRefer. 

The partnership will provide Rosemount’s advisers with referral opportunities for conveyancing, homebuyer surveys and valuations, EPC ratings as well as offering independent legal advice.

It will also provide Rosemount’s 117 advisers access to home buying and selling tools, such as quotations for relevant products including conveyancing. This service enables advisers to track customer’s journeys in real time.

 

SoftRefer, built and launched in 2009, is a free to use online portal for mortgage advisers. It offers a range of products and services to support advisers’ clients during their home move/remortgage process. 

 

Rosemount Financial Solutions chief executive Ahmed Bawa said: “The new agreement will not only provide our advisers with the tools to earn through referrals, but also provide them with a full tool belt of conveyancing services.
