Watts Commercial Finance has hired Maria Fraughan as its commercial manager.  

Her new role will see her support the broker’s client base in Liverpool and the Wirral across all aspects of commercial funding.  

The firm adds that her range of experience covers working with high-net-worth clients as well as managing relationships with small- and medium-sized businesses and corporate clients.  

Watts Commercial Finance works across a range of funding including commercial mortgages, bridging finance, property development and unsecured business loans.  

Fraughan joins the broker from Allica Bank for 18 months, leaving as business relationship manager last month.  

Prior to that, she worked at NatWest for 14 years, leaving as a broker business development manager in March 2021.
