Twenty7tec has announced the launch of Elevate, a podcast created to support advisers.

The company said there was a need for the podcast as the advice landscape evolves and mortgage and wealth conversations become increasingly connected.

Elevate will explore a broad range of topics through conversations with experts and industry partners.

The series begins with a dedicated six-episode focus on equity release, recognising that property wealth has become a central part of modern retirement planning and remains an area where many advisers still feel uncertainty.

The first six episodes are being delivered in partnership with Advise Wise, Age Partnership, and the Equity Release Council, helping advisers integrate housing wealth into client conversations.

The first episode is now available to watch and features host Sophie Holloman from Twenty7tec in conversation with experts from the Equity Release Council, Advise Wise and Age Partnership.

Over the coming months, new episodes will be released every two weeks, covering topics such as:

• How advisers can get involved, from full qualification routes to referral options
• Real-world outcomes, including case studies such as interest-only transitions and debt consolidation
• Technology and tools that can help streamline advice journeys across mortgage and wealth conversations

Following the initial six-part equity release series, Elevate will continue with a wider programme of episodes exploring the mortgage and wealth industry, featuring discussions with additional partners and specialists across the sector.
