Jupiter is very easy to navigate on foot or by bike via The Riverwalk. Upon completion, the Jupiter Riverwalk trail will provide public access to 2.5 miles along the Intr acoastal Waterway and the Jupiter Inlet. The Riverwalk “transverses through many types of upland communities including environmentally sensitive lands, residential, marinas, commercial properties as well as waterfront parks.”

To travel along the Riverwalk, begin at the southern end starts at Ocean Way, near the Atlantic Ocean. There are numerous things to do in Jupiter located along the Riverwalk walking/biking trail. You will journey past Jupiter Ridge, which is home to majestic manatees and unique ecosystems. Meander past Mangrove Bay which features distinctive trees and then the Riverwalk connects there to the Jupiter Yacht Club via the Lagoon Bridge. You can see all types of sea life in the lagoon including crabs, fish, stingrays, and more manatees.

The Riverwalk also connects the Plaza Down Under, a venue for community events, below the Indiantown Road bridge in route to Harbourside Place.  Harbourside Place is a food, shopping, and entertainment area where you can shop till you drop and grab lunch or dinner. If you head far enough on the Riverwalk, you will run into Burt Reynolds Park and the Intracoastal Waterway. Keep on going and you will be staring at the historic Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse located on the Jupiter Inlet.  It is a fantastic way to get outdoors and enjoy this fantastic “winter” weather!  It is quite a trail!
