And what good shall I do with my real estate career?
Here are a few of our own thoughts as we reflect on these two weighty questions:
First, we can be the type of people that others implicitly trust. It all begins by choosing to always keep our promises. We can also choose to serve a little more, and sell a little less. When we think about our marketing and the content we create, are we always selling something? How about creating some content that is useful and helpful and trustworthy instead? How about creating a monthly newsletter?
We can focus on connection. At at time when so many people are feeling disconnected, we can use our real estate platform as an opportunity to bring our clients and friends together. When we focus on hospitality, we will benefit by helping ourselves feel more connected, too.
Last, we can focus on community, by serving a cause that is near and dear to our hearts. And when we serve alongside others, we'll create new bonds and friendships that will last throughout our entire lives.
