Fluent Money Group is to start next year looking to fill 30 new roles.

Comprising Fluent Money, which advises on second charge mortgages, Fluent Mortgages, Fluent Lifetime and Fluent Protect, the group says that its recruitment policy will be centred around its headquarters in Greater Manchester.

The group explains that it has seen “consecutive record trading months” in its mortgages, insurance and equity release businesses since the summer.

Fluent adds that a successful transition into the working from home policy forced by lockdown was enabled through the investment it has made into technology platform, which includes a smartphone app that allows for documentation approval while on the move.

Fluent co-founder and chief executive Kevin Hindley says: “The start of 2020 saw Fluent trading at a level almost 100 per cent above the prior year but like many businesses we weren’t immune to the impact of Covid-19.

“We are looking at 2021 with ambition and optimism as we continue to drive further market share and establish ourselves as a key employer in the North West.”
