TMG Mortgage Network has promoted Amy Lister to training and development manager.

Lister takes on her new role with more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

She has worked across mortgage administration, adviser support, compliance, suitability checking and para-planning.

Under Lister’s leadership, TMG will continue to enhance its training and development offering.

Commenting on her appointment, Lister says: “Because I’ve done the job, I understand what advisers actually need day-to-day. This role is about development that genuinely supports our members and helps them build their businesses in the way that works for them.”
