Specialist lender OSB Group has promoted Joe Baxter to the position of business development manager (BDM) for the South.

In his new role, Baxter will cover the South Coast to South Wales, including Southampton, Bristol, Bath and Cardiff.

Baxter, who has been with OSB since 2019, will support brokers and their clients with financial solutions from Precise Mortgages and Kent Reliance for Intermediaries.

He moves into this position from his former role as an office-based BDM, covering OSB Group’s largest patch (North East England, Scotland, Devon and Cornwall).

Prior to that, he spent 18 months in OSB Group’s broker liaison team, building up his expertise in the specialist market.
