Together has appointed Helen Calderley in the North East as corporate sales director.

Calderley has worked in banking and property finance for more than two decades.

She joins Together from Cambridge & Counties Bank as a business development manager in real estate, covering the North East.

Previously, Calderley was senior relationship manager for property finance group Assetz Capital, where she focused on development finance and at Yorkshire Bank as a business development manager in the North East.

She has also worked in banking as a business relationship manager, among other roles, at Barclays and RBS, where she focused on real estate finance.

In her new role at Together, she will be responsible for growing the lender’s brand and promoting its specialist products to clients and professional introducers in the regions.

She will report to Mark Eastwood, Together’s director of corporate sales.

Commenting on her new role, Calderley says: “I was the first person responsible for growing Cambridge & Counties presence in the North East and am looking forward to expanding Together’s offering on a greater scale with a wide product set and the backing of a forward-thinking company, to provide the finance needed to unlock clients’ property ambitions.”
