Recently we heard from a young family who asked us if we would be willing to visit with them and help them plan for their future. Emily, the mom, explained that they are 2 to 3 years away from moving, but they'd love to start working on the simple cosmetic projects that will help them increase their home's value and maximize their return on investment.  

Our answer to Emily, of course, was yes. We'd love to help. And so now we're really looking forward to meeting with Emily and her husband Nick in the coming week. 

The truth is we love helping people plan for their future. It's one of the most rewarding aspects of our job, which always makes planning sessions like these a win-win proposition.
