United Trust Bank Mortgages has joined the lender’s panel of home loan and insurance network Mortgage Intelligence as the specialist bank extends its range of products to brokers.
The move will see the bank offer its residential, buy-to-let and second charge loans, aimed at those less served by the mainstream market, to the almost 500 appointed representatives in the network.
The lender sells mortgages to borrowers and remortgagers with complex incomes, those wishing to purchase properties of non-standard construction or in locations such as close to or touching commercial, as well as customers with some adverse credit.
United Trust Bank head of clubs & networks – mortgages Hannah Oades says: “This partnership strengthens our commitment to offering advisers more tools to provide the best outcomes for their clients by delivering a greater choice of competitive specialist mortgage products and helping them to write more business.”
Mortgage Intelligence head of products and partnerships Graham Wood adds: “This collaboration enhances the range of options available to our advisers and supports them in placing more complex cases with confidence.”
