Propflo has formed a partnership with Optimus to help streamline the property transaction process. 

The partnership will allow homeowners and buyers to access Landmark’s panel services on the Propflo platform alongside a property score and property insights.

As part of the partnership, Propflo users will also benefit from services including conveyancing, mortgaging and remortgaging advice, home surveys, energy performance certificates and will writing. 

Propflo chief executive and founder Luke Loveridge says: “Landmark Information Group and Optimus are leaders in panel management and in providing critical services to the property market. I’m excited by this partnership as it will enable our platform to scale to meet demand whilst maintaining a high quality, and offers a choice of services to our users.”
