Sirius Property Finance has launched an asset finance offering to complement its existing property debt advice service for SME and high net worth clients.

Sirius Asset Finance has already completed a soft launch, working with a number of lenders to provide funding solutions for clients.

It offers options across hard asset, soft asset, and structured asset finance, predominantly operating in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 space.

Sirius Asset Finance senior associate, finance, Paul Debney says the new offering will be a key part of the company’s strategy.

He says: “We have already had high levels of demand from our client base, and we see the market as a major growth sector, as well as an essential business offering for Sirius and Brightstar moving forward.”
