Pallas Capital has appointed Samantha Dance to its origination team.
Dance brings over 20 years of experience in financial services, with a specialised focus on property finance over the last nine years.
Her career includes significant tenures at other leading specialist lenders, where she established a reputation for building professional networks and delivering tailored funding solutions.
Most recently, Dance spent nearly six years at Glenhawk as a business development manager. Prior to this, she served as regional development manager at Together.
Her appointment follows the firm’s successful launch into the market earlier this year.
In her new role, Dance will work alongside Mark Witherington, Phil Mabb, Anna Thompson, Archie Dickinson and Hunter Casey, and the wider credit team to support intermediaries and expand the lender’s footprint.
Commenting on her appointment, Dance says: “I take genuine pride in turning property ambitions into reality, and there is nothing quite like the buzz of seeing a deal complete knowing I’ve played a part in that journey.”
“Pallas Capital has quickly made a name for itself in the UK for its certainty of execution and disciplined approach. I am thrilled to join a team that shares my drive for finding solutions and providing brokers with the confidence they need to deliver for their clients.”
