Crystal Specialist Finance has hired Suzanne Aspden as its director of marketing.

The distributor says Aspden joins the executive team and will play a role in helping the firm hit its growth targets.

She has worked for 30 years in financial services, including roles at lenders HSBC, Bank of Scotland and The Co-operative Bank and fintech brokerage Fluent Money, where she spent four years as group marketing director building up to its sale in 2022.
