One Mortgage System (OMS) has integrated with Companies House and the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) register.

The EPC register link up will allow OMS users to search for the energy efficiency rating of property’s by inputting an address.

Meanwhile, the Companies House function allows for the retrieval of all company details by searching a name or registration number.

OMS managing director Neal Jannels says: “The EPC register integration in particular is one which has quickly blazed a trail up our system enhancement agenda and its swift implementation demonstrates how reactive we can be as a business to ensure that we can service the ever-shifting demands of our users.

“And with a growing number of green mortgage options emerging across the residential and BTL markets, this is certainly an area which will continue to rise in prominence for lenders, intermediary firms and borrowers heading into 2023.”

In January this year, OMS hooked up with Market Financial Solutions to act as the broker’s primary origination platform partner.
