Accommodated in a historic art deco building, the Armory Art Center located at 811 Park Place in West Palm Beach provides art classes for artist of all ages and abilities, exhibitions, art salons, lectures, and special events. Almost 100 courses, held in 12 state-of-the-art studios, are offered in ceramics, digital arts, drawing, jewelry, painting, printmaking, fibers, sculpture, welding, and wood turning are offered each year.

The mission of the Armory Art Center is to inspire the creation and experience of art. The Armory’s vision is to become a leading artistic and cultural center.  Over the past three decades, the Armory has taught art classes to thousands of emerging artists of all ages and cultures, as well as exhibited art in hundreds of shows.  It has also hosted workshops taught by national and international visiting master artists, provided summer art camp for thousands of young people, and given new artists-in-residents from around the United States and abroad the prospect to sharpen their craft while teaching classes.

The Armory Art Center has been awarded the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches “2021 Best Non-Profit of the Year”.  The Armory looks to a long future of enhancing artistic life in the Palm Beaches.
