Leeds Building Society is now part of the Twenty7Tec APPLY module.

This means that CloudTwenty7 users will be able to submit decision in principle applications to the lender without having to rekey information.

The move follows a successful pilot with Leeds, Mortgage Advice Bureau, and Connells Group.

In August this year, the fintech firm integrated with both Accord and TSB.

Twenty7Tec director of lender relationships Nathan Reilly says: “From the outset, feedback and engagement from users piloting the Leeds integration has been extremely positive, so we’re really pleased all CloudTwenty7 users will now be able to benefit from an increased level of efficiency and time saving when submitting applications to Leeds.”

And Leeds head of intermediary distribution Martese Carton comments: “The Twenty7Tec integration rounds off a year filled with innovations and technological improvements to streamline the mortgage journey with Leeds Building Society and our investment in our systems and service will continue in 2022.”
