Together has partnered with New Leaf and Brilliant Solutions to expand its UK presence.

These two companies will be able to submit regulated first charge mortgages, buy-to-let (BTL) and consumer BTL applications direct to the Cheadle-based lender.

Brilliant Solutions, founded in 1994, is a mortgage club and specialist mortgage packager in the residential, BTL, secured and commercial sectors. It operates across all forms of mortgages and all available distribution channels.

New Leaf is a boutique, family-owned network operating since 2004. It has over 250 advisers giving advice across all areas of the financial services sector, including residential mortgages, equity release, personal and business protection, pensions, investments and a full estate planning service.

The member firms will also be able to submit cases for additional specialist products including Together’s bridging, commercial term and second charge loans.

As part of the partnership, Together has appointed Andrea Roberts as national account manager in its networks and clubs team to look after Brilliant Solutions.

Roberts brings with her 30 years of experience, having held account manager and business development manager positions for Hodge Bank and Principality Building Society.

Together director of intermediary sales Tanya Elmaz says: “Brilliant Solutions and New Leaf are both respected throughout the industry, and we couldn’t be happier to announce partnerships with them.”

“Since the launch of our channel, we have now brought on board 11 mortgage networks and nine clubs, allowing us to reach over 23,000 advisors and 2,500 network firms.”

Elmaz adds: “We are delighted to welcome Andrea to Together. She has a deep knowledge and understanding of specialist mortgage distribution through clubs and networks, with strong relationships built up over the years, enabling strategic collaboration to achieve a shared goal and vision.”

Commenting on her appointment, Roberts states: “Education is something I am passionate about, and I wholeheartedly believe it is the key to success.”

“My key goal is to educate members, equipping them with the knowledge of Together’s specialist lending products and the solutions we can provide for their clients, and offer guidance and support to ensure good customer outcomes.”
