RAW Capital Partners has promoted three of its team members.

Travis Mechem has been promoted to new business manager. Having joined RAW Capital Partners’ new business team three years ago, Mechem has gained valuable experience and will now be responsible for managing RAW’s team of underwriters.

He will oversee the continued efficiency and responsiveness of the new business function, maintaining the high service standards brokers and borrowers rely on.

Kirsty Mauger has been promoted to mortgage manager. With more than five years at RAW Capital Partners, Mauger has worked across the full loan lifecycle, giving her comprehensive insight into the firm’s mortgage operations.

In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing post-completion transactions, including renewals and repayments.

Shireen Punia has been promoted to assistant finance manager. Punia joined RAW Capital Partners two years ago and, under her new role, she is responsible for providing timely and accurate reporting to the firm’s stakeholders.

She plays an important role in supporting the smooth running of the finance function and is currently studying towards her ACCA qualification.
