LHV Bank has made four new hires to boost its lending team.
Olivia Carling and Emma Wright have been appointed as lending operations managers and Dassos Alexandrou and James Murphy as lending managers.
Carling joins from Shawbrook Bank, where she worked as a completions officer.
Based in Manchester, she will oversee the progression of deals through to completion.
Also based in Manchester, Wright joins from Lloyds Banking Group.
She will manage complex cases and work closely with underwriters to help ensure decisions are made in a timely manner.
Murphy will also work out of the Manchester office, with a focus on building broker relationships in the North West.
He joins from Santander, where he spent eight years working in credit risk and relationship management roles.
Alexandrou has been appointed as a lending manager in London.
He joined LHV from Reliance Bank in May and specialises in commercial real estate investment and trading loans.
LHV Bank director of small and medium enterprise lending Conor McDermott says: “Brokers want to know that the lenders they work with have the right people in place to get deals done.
“Bringing Olivia, Emma, Dassos and James into the team gives us additional expertise across both front-end structuring and back-office operations.
“That combination is vital in a market where speed, certainty and service are paramount.
“These appointments show our focus on working with brokers to deliver commercial real estate and trading loans that help their clients grow.
“With operations managers keeping cases moving and lending managers on the ground to structure facilities, we are well placed to continue building strong broker partnerships throughout the UK.”
