Lendco has joined the In Partnership network lender panel.

This means the network’s appointed representative firms will now have access to the specialist lender’s suite of buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage and bridging products.

Elsewhere, Iress has announced that Zurich is the third provider to support its new ex-smoker questions on The Exchange sourcing platform.

The questions will enable Zurich to differentiate ex-smokers from non-smokers, for more precise premiums that accurately reflect individual risk profiles.
