It’s that time of year again when the much anticipated shortlists for the annual Mortgage Strategy Awards are revealed.

There’s no doubt that 2024 provided many challenges for the mortgage market, with a sluggish economy and inflation putting the brakes on any improvement. Also throwing into the mix a general election and Labour’s first Autumn Budget in 14 years.

With so much to overcome last year Mortgage Strategy would like to say a huge congratulations to all those firms and individuals on the shortlist, which you can find here.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to both enter, and to cast your vote for the firms you feel delivered exceptionally high standards in 2024.
