Ecology Building Society is the latest lender to join conveyancing technology service, LMS Panel Link. 

Ecology will be utilising the LMS Secure Link, a knowledge base of lender-approved FAQs, designed to reduce post-offer conveyancing queries by up to 70%. 

The building society, which specialises in finance for community housing projects and lending on environmentally-friendly homes, will also utilise LMS’s Charge Registration service. This offers real-time updates on the position of applications at HMLR, tracking all cases through to registration. 

LMS says this partnership underscores its commitment to collaborating with lenders who make a positive difference in the conveyancing sector.
