
Pluto Finance has hired Shane Ryan as lending director for the UK and Ireland as the property finance firm continues its expansion into the Irish market.
The firm says Ryan spent three years as a director at Puma Property Finance, seven years prior on Investec’s real estate origination desk, and five years before that working on Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency UK loan book for both IBRC and Capita.
The London-based Pluto Finance, founded in 2011, focuses on bridging, development and investment finance.
It adds that Ryan comes to his new role with “broad expertise in originating, underwriting, executing and managing real estate transactions”.
