YBS Commercial Mortgages has appointed John Little as regional director.

Little, in his new role, will lead the building society’s team based in Birmingham. He joins from Santander and has over 15 years’ experience in the financial industry.

The firm has also appointed Khaild Mahmood and Sophie Jones to its new commercial team for the midlands.

Yorkshire Building Society managing director of commercial lending Tom Simpson says: “I am delighted that Little, Mahmood and Jones are joining our growing team and I am sure that they will quickly establish YBS Commercial Mortgages as an active lender in the midlands.”
