YBS Commercial Mortgages has appointed Mark Setchell and Chris Butler as relationship directors joining the South East and North team respectively.

Setchell joins YBS with more than 20 years of industry experience having previously worked in operations, underwriting and credit roles.

Butler has also worked in the market for over 20 years and holds a network of existing sector relationships after working with a range of businesses in previous positions.
