Somo Bridging has launched a Black Friday promotion giving borrowers a 90% refund on valuation costs. 

The specialist lender says the month-long deal, beginning on 6 November, could save customers as much as £5,000 on loans. 

Th firm adds that its Black Friday campaign last year led to business surging fourfold over the period. 

Somo sales director Jade Keval says: “Our Black Friday promotion is always the most popular one of the year, and with the potential to make such great savings it’s easy to see why. Brokers get deals over the line and borrowers can save up to £5000.” 

Keval adds: “In 2022, four times more deals were locked in over a 24-hour Black Friday period, which was a rewarding, but led to a super-busy few days.” 

To qualify for the refund, deals must be locked in and paid for before midnight on 24 November and valuations paid by midnight on 30 November.
