MPowered Mortgages has appointed Paul Kane as head of intermediary distribution. 

Kane joined the fintech lender in February as corporate account manager.

In his new role, he will be responsible for MPowered’s distribution relationships and key accounts, which include networks and directly authorised clubs. 

Kane’s appointment follows the recent appointment of Emma Hollingworth as managing director of mortgages for the firm from her previous role as distributor director. 

Hollingworth says: “We are delighted to announce Paul’s new role as head of intermediary distribution. He has a wealth of experience in this industry and a deep understanding of both the nuances of this market and of brokers’ businesses.”

Kane adds: “In this new role, I’m excited to continue to grow our prime residential business as well as importantly enhance the service we offer brokers whose needs are changing all the time.”
