Hodge has appointed Jan Preece as chief financial officer.

Preece joins from Aviva Group where she was finance director for Friends Provident International.

Hodge says that Preece will be helping the company drive growth and expansion into new markets.

She has experience of setting up new operating models, implementing business systems and managing teams remotely across the world.

Preece says: “Given the exciting growth plans for Hodge, I was delighted to be successful in obtaining this role within the Group. To have the opportunity to help deliver these plans is hugely motivational in ensuring the business is successful.

“I have no doubt the growth plans for the coming years will make Hodge an exciting place to be and I am really looking forward to meeting my team and colleagues across the business.”
