This 11th day of the 11th month, we celebrate all of those who have served our nation in the armed forces. Different than Memorial Day, which honors all those who gave their last full measure of devotion, Veterans Day is a time to celebrate and appreciate all those living and passed who served. Here in Palm Beach County, there are many different events to show your support for our local veterans.

As usual, West Palm Beach hosted its Veterans Parade the Sunday before Veterans Day. Since it is the largest parade in the county, it hosts it the Sunday prior so as not to conflict with the other cities' celebrations around the county on November 11th.

• Red, White, & Boca will include live music by The Samantha Russell Band, performances from The American Bombshells, performances by The Coastman Chorus, and guest speakers including local veteran organizations, and Mayor Scott Singer.
• Veterans Marketplace: In addition to the outstanding music lineup, a Veterans Marketplace will feature service organizations from throughout the local community, veteran-owned small businesses, and sports team partners.
• NEW Classic Car Show: This year, head over to the east lawn to check out the nostalgia of classic cars! Featuring awards for best of show, best veteran-owned, Mayor’s choice and more, this year’s celebration is sure to shine. Awards will be presented at 6:50pm.
