A new Float Therapy Spa has opened recently in Palm Beach Gardens. Float Therapy is a new and growing therapy treatment that helps your body absorb minerals to help calm your nervous systems and enhance your body’s natural ability to heal. True REST Float Spa has opened in the new Alton’s Town Center located on Donald Ross Road. True REST stands for Restricted Environmental Stimulus Therapy which is a zero-gravity environment that allows the body and mind to truly rest. Floatation Therapy is a special solution of salinated water using 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt. The Floating Therapy requires little to no effort and helps to relive any pain, heal faster, relax, de-stress, improve sleep and much more. What to Except At A Float Therapy Spa:You are asked to enter a Float Pod filled with 10 inches of water, the lid to your float pod may be left open or closed which ever you prefer. You are allowed to bring your own music or use the music provided and can be controlled by the control buttons inside the pod once your session begins. Each Floating Session is an hour long. True REST Float Spa is open 7 days a week and the 60-minute Introductory Blissful Floating Session costs $59 dollars.
