Congrats to our clients Cindy and Chris who recently sold their Mariners Cove Condo for $16,000 above the list price, while setting a new record for their association, thanks to their wonderful collaboration with Shelley Lazzareschi and the Mad City Dream Homes team. 

Shelley was the lead listing agent who oversaw the entire plan from start to finish, including the pricing, marketing, staging, and negotiation.

Photographer Arran Krantz produced the beautiful listing photos, aerial photos, and video tour.

While graphic designer Tracy Kapela produced the marketing pieces for this special waterfront property. Tracy's contributions included an aerial map of the condo, garages and boat slip; a condominium floor plan; and a guide to the Mariners Cove Community.

And of course our clients Cindy and Chris did everything that was asked of them during their sale. Everyone had high standards. Everyone gave their best. Everyone collaborated and communicated well with each other.
