U.S. existing-home sales declined for the third consecutive month, as higher mortgage rates and rising sales prices hindered market activity during what has traditionally been one of the busiest months of the year.
Maui: Year to Date 2024 vs. Year to Date 2023New Listings increased 19.6 percent for Single Family homes and 46.7 percent for Condominium homes. Pending Sales decreased 1.5 percent for Single Family homes and 19.2 percent for Condominium homes. Median Sales Price increased 13 percent to $1,300,000 for Single Family homes and 7.1 percent to $899,500 for Condominium homes. Days on Market increased 0.8 percent for Single Family homes but decreased 9.3 percent for Condominium homes.
