MS NextGen is a ground-breaking new programme from Mortgage Strategy and powered by Mortgage Advice Bureau.

It is designed to discover, develop and elevate the most exciting emerging talent across the mortgage industry.

MS NextGen is a 12-month development journey, (running from Jan to Dec 2026) combining mentorship, visibility and skills-based learning to help shape the next generation of market influencers, innovators and leaders.

It is receiving whole-hearted backing from leading industry figures.

The programme is open to individuals aged 30 or under, working across all areas of the sector – from advisers, business development managers, underwriters and compliance specialists to marketers, product designers and technologists.

If you are a young professional working within the mortgage and lending space and you will be 30 years of age or under on 31 December 2025, please visit our applications website.

You will need to move quickly as the closing date for applications is Friday 24 October 2025.

The application format is self-nomination only and you will need a supporting statement from your manager, senior manager or a senior colleague from within your organisation to form part of your application.
