Accord Mortgages has become the latest lender to adopt Twenty7Tec’s APPLY module, following a successful trial.

Users of the module can now submit applications to Accord without the need for re-keying via the CloudTwenty7 platform.

During the trial phase of the integration, advisers from Mortgage Advice Bureau and Connells Group submitted over 240 applications to Accord via APPLY. Twenty7Tec this saved advisers an of 20 minutes per application versus re-keying the data directly into the lender’s portal.

For this integration, Twenty7Tec used IRESS Lender Connect software, which Accord are using to support transfer of data into their intermediary portal.

Users of CloudTwenty7 will be able to complete an Accord Decision in Principle application in the CloudTwenty7 platform, re-using customer data already captured, before passing the data to the Accord portal and submitting to the lender.

Twenty7Tec head of lender relationships Nathan Reilly says: “Month over month the volume of applications being submitted to lenders via APPLY continues to grow, and so does the time this solution is saving advisers in not having to re-key client data.”

On Tuesday, Twenty7Tec announced that it had integrated TSB to its APPLY module, also following a trial with MAB and Connells Group brokers.
