Movera has appointed Matt Darwell to the newly-created role of talent attraction partner.

Darwell joins the home moving group from shoe retailer Footasylum where he was a senior talent acquisition specialist.

Prior to that, Darwell held previous head-hunting roles in the pharmaceutical sector and in recruitment agencies.

Darwell says: “I’ve always sought to go beyond simply adding people to an organisation. My aim has been to contribute from the inside out—helping to build a culture that attracts and nurtures talent sustainably.

“I see great opportunities at Movera to think differently, apply innovative technologies where they add value, and humanise the experience for both employees and customers.”
