West One Loans has appointed four new members to its team in a bid drive “significant growth” across its residential and second charge mortgage divisions.
Helen Linnen joins West One as its new BDM for the South West and Wales. Helen has more than 20 years’ experience working in the region for other lenders and joins from The Mortgage Lender, where she was a BDM.
Terry and Linnen will report into Paul Huxter, head of intermediary sales, and Distribution, and will focus on developing broker relationships with directly authorised brokers and appointed representatives of network partnerships across West One’s residential mortgage range.
The lender has also hired Jo Sharp as key account manager on the Specialist Distribution Team, a new role created to help nurture and grow the lender’s packager relationships across their residential mortgage and second charge products.
Sharp has 25 years’ experience in the market and joins from Tandem, where she has spent the past three years as an underwriter, having previously worked in similar roles for Pepper Money and the Newcastle Building Society.
Finally, Marc Peprah, joins as telephone BDM for the North West, moving from Elva Finance, where he was head of mortgages. He has 10 years’ experience in the industry.
The appointments bring to 11 the number of new hires joining West One in the past two months.
