I wanted to take a moment to offer a testimony and review for Treasure Title Insurance Agency, in Winter Garden Fl.  I recently completed a REFI on my home and had the pleasure of working with Treasure Title in the final stages of the loan process.

I have to give kudos to all of the staff at Treasure Title because, as a Realtor myself, I understand how the process works and have dealt with many different Title companies over the years.  Just like any business, there are good companies and not so good companies.  The closing process can be tedious and it takes great communication, competence and experience to make it all come together.  Treasure Title not only met my expectations, but exceeded them!

Now to the important part.  A company’s name is only as good as the individuals who represent and uphold the name.  I can’t say enough great things about the staff at Treasure Title, particularly, Susan and Penny.  These two ladies take great pride in their work and were amazingly kind, compassionate, fun, and overall amazing to work with. Both of them possess great leadership skills and are ladies of character and integrity, all qualities that I admire.  My closing was at home and Susan is even more amazing in person.  In the end, both Susan and Penny were proactive and ready to answer questions and help every step of the way. Even after closing, they continued to help me with issues, which I truly appreciated.

There is no doubt in my mind that, should you need a Title company, that Treasure Title is the go-to company.  As with any transaction, there are times when things happen.  At least you can be rest assured that Susan and Penny, along with the rest of staff, will do their best to make it all go as smooth as possible.
