We're beyond excited for our client, Rachel, and her parents. Rachel and her parents are buying a new construction "twin home" -- a side-by-side duplex in Madison's Autumn Lake neighborhood. 

Rachel is moving into one side of the twin home; her parents are moving into the other. Now both generations will be close to each other, but each with their own living space.
