Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has announced the appointment of Jessica Winstone-Adair as lending director for London and the South East within its development finance division.
She has over 24 years’ experience in the financial services and real estate sectors, including 16 years spent at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
Winstone-Adair joined RBS as a business relationship manager for retail banking in April 2001 and worked across several departments during her time there.
Most recently, she was the owner of and developer for a property renovation and design business, working with a variety of high-net-worth clients.
In her new role, Jessica is tasked with winning new development finance business for HTB and developing those client relationships into longer-term partnerships.
She says: “I’m delighted to be joining HTB. It has an excellent combination of a fantastic development finance product, a significant reputation within the market and a strong team with outstanding leadership.
“I’m looking forward to using my extensive experience and contacts in this role, in order to maximise new business opportunities for the development finance division at HTB.”
