GB Bank has promoted three team members to boost intermediary support as it looks to scale up lending.
The lender has named Chris Chapman as head of lending operations overseeing the division.
Jude Miranda has been promoted to intermediary onboarding and loan packaging manager.
Nick Lynch will be heading up loan completions and portfolio management.
The promotions come shortly after GB Bank launched a new bridging finance range, with rates from 0.79% per month available on residential, semi-commercial and commercial properties.
In this range, it is offering loans between £500,000 and £4 million.
The specialist lender provides finance to UK companies, individual investors and foreign nationals, including those with complex structures, unique property types or non-standard borrowing requirements.
GB Bank chief executive Mike Says says: “At GB Bank, we understand the strength of our team is central to achieving our ambitions and we’re committed to recognising and rewarding high-performing individuals who contribute meaningfully to our growth.
“Chris, Jude and Nick each bring deep experience, a strong work ethic and a shared focus on quality. Their promotions are a reflection of our belief that backing great people is just as important as backing great property deals.
“Since October’s launch of our new bridging range, we’ve seen heightened interest from intermediaries and so with Chris, Jude and Nick leading their respective teams, I am confident our service offering to intermediaries and their borrowers will be amongst the best in the sector.”
