Tenet Group has agreed a referral deal with The Equity Release Experts, the whole-of-market advice arm of Key Group.

Tenet advisers who do not wish to provide equity release advice themselves can refer clients on to a specialist.

Key will be providing a range of tools and support to help advisers improve initial conversations with their clients about equity release.

The Equity Release Experts has a network of over 100 specialist advisers who can provide a remote or face-to-face service as the current coronavirus situation dictates.

The Equity Release Experts is led by Lyn Perrett and Robert Brennan.

Key Partnerships business development director Gary Little says: “As the later life lending market continues to grow, we are seeing a growing number of adviser groups who are keen to offer their clients a wide range of options. 

“We already have a long standing relationship with Tenet and this partnership was the next logical step to help build and develop on our relationship further.
