Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has strengthened its specialist mortgages business development team with the appointment of Alex Klimcke as business development executive.

He joins from Novellus Finance, where he was business development manager, bringing valuable experience in specialist finance

HTB recently restructured its specialist mortgages business development team to enhance broker support and create a clear career progression path.

Commenting on his appointment Klimcke said “HTB’s reputation for specialist expertise and its hands-on approach with brokers made this an easy decision for me.
